It took a few years, but Seattle FINALLY got this band to play here in a club 🙂
Let’s see, was it TWICE that a show got cancelled here? They were here at bumbershoot last year, but…. that didn’t count for me. I LOVE THIS BAND, and wanted to see them in a club with real fans, and playing a real set, and having a better sound mix than what bumbershoot provided for them. So yes, I busted out laughing when they took the stage and Cam yelled out, “WE MADE IT!”

Uh Huh Her consists of lead singer Camila Grey, and actress/musician Leisha Hailey (most known for her role as “Alice” on the L-Word. The band is currently supporting a new EP “Black and Blue”.
Photography notes: I came with a mission. I was going to get there early and head straight for the corner of the stage, so I could get some full band, wide angle shots. After I got some shots of Leisha, I was going to move around to the left of the stage to get shots of Cam. What I wasn’t counting on was the mob of people PACKED in the front….ugh.
So don’t let my photos fool you, I love Cam too. I just couldn’t get over there to get proper shots of her.
